How it works
From first call to a signed plan
Here's what happens at each step, and what's asked of you.
- 01
Step 1: You reach out
Tell us in a sentence or two what's going on. We'll set up a first meeting, usually within the week.
- 02
Step 2: We listen
An hour, in the office, at home or by video. Bring a list of what you own and who matters. Before you leave, you'll have a written fee quote.
- 03
Step 3: We draft
Antonia writes the documents and sends you plain-language drafts to read at home, with a one-page summary on top.
- 04
Step 4: You sign
We meet again to go through every page. We bring the witnesses and the notary.
- 05
Step 5: We finish the details
We record the new deed, help you update beneficiaries, and hand you a binder with the originals.
If someone has already died
Probate and guardianship work runs on the court's calendar, not ours. We give you a written timeline and update it as things move.
A first call
We ask what was signed, what's owned, and who's involved.
A clear list
You get a list of what's yours to do and what's ours.
Regular updates
We write when anything moves, and you can always call.
Start with the first step
Call or send a note. We'll take it from there.
