Where do we meet?
At 2266 N Prospect Ave, Suite 310, with street parking on Prospect and Farwell, or at your home, or by video.
Can my family come?
Yes. If the plan is yours, we'll also spend a few minutes with you alone, so we know the wishes are yours.
How soon can we meet?
Usually within a week. If someone is in hospital or hospice, say so and we'll move faster.
